This inversion workshop is perfect for the student confident in their yoga practice but looking to gain more confidence going upside down. Handstand, Forearm Stand and Headstand require arm and core strength, but that isn’t all. There are simple skeletal stacking techniques as well as detail to integration of the shoulder joint that can give you freedom to fly. We will learn integrative structural tools as well as utilizing breath and core techniques to give you this newfound perspective of flipping safely upside with support.
