Moving Towards Birth; A 4-Week Prenatal Yoga Series- Your Body, Baby, & Birth

This live online series is designed to support your body and baby as you move towards birth. We will practice asana to develop strength, stamina, and balance, learn breathing techniques and practice guided meditation to calm the nervous system, body, and mind. Most importantly, this is an opportunity to be in community, connect with other pregnant people, and create a circle of support. Shamina is a Brooklyn based yoga teacher, Birth Doula, and Lactation Counselor. Blending her passion for birth, and her love for yoga, she believes in the innate wisdom of pregnant people to bring their babies into this world and is honored to connect with, educate and empower her clients on this path. This class is open to all stages of pregnancy and all levels of yoga experience.
