Restore the Prana
Restore the Prana - Ancient yoga teaches us that Prana is the vital life force energy within the body. Restorative postures, pranayama (breath work) and meditation all help to revitalize the life force within the body, calm the nervous system, opens the heart and still the mind. In this class we will practice forms of posture, breath and meditation that help to balance the entire system, leaving us feeling calm and aware.
