Yoga for a Healthy Low Back - the low back is meant to be stable and supportive. There are many reasons for low back pain, from acute injury to structural instability, from unexpressed emotions to general stress. Inspired by Kenny Graham's personal journey from debilitating back pain to healing and revitalization through yoga. This workshop will teach you how to begin to unwind the emotional threads of low back pain and offer clear instruction for proper low back alignment in yoga poses. You will also gain the tools of foundational postural techniques that stabilize the low back, decompress the spine and awaken the core.
